11 window golde sunroof 1966

So i bought some new doors and window frames .

Now i tried to put them together to see if it's an easy fix . Well it ain't !!! Having trouble to put the window frame on top off the door . Looks like the window frames are couple millimeters too long .

once they go in i need to push verry hard and half away they are stuck . The front leg is touching something inside the door and can't seem to go any further then this. Anyone know how to solve this would be appreciated .

Left door is the hardest one and stops half away , here you see where it can't go further

Right door goes on all the way but with a struggle so somethings not wright too .
